My import is taking forever. What should I do?

Large imports (1000+ tracks) run in batches to avoid timeouts. Keep the tab active and visible. If it fails partway, simply retry - already imported tracks are skipped automatically. For very large libraries, consider importing in smaller batches.

Streaming tracks (Beatport Streaming and its offline locker, Spotify, TIDAL) live in the service's cloud library rather than in your DJ software's exportable collection file, so no planning tool can read them from an export — that's how the DJ software ecosystem works, not a SetFlow setting. The workflow that gets the best of both: use streaming to discover, buy the tracks that earn a place in your sets, and they flow straight into SetFlow with the rest of your library.

Why is my library empty after refresh?

When you run Fix genres or Fix artists in Library Health, the titles, artists and genres of the tracks being fixed are sent to our processing provider to suggest the fixes.
